generated wastewater will be discharged into the Susquehanna River from the date of this Settlement Agreement through l

personnel to use a shielded Sodium-Iodine Crystal Single Channel (3) Analizar system for measurament of gross ga==2, 137 Cs, and 131 I * ("the equip =ent").
2.
The utilities will provide routine maintenance and calibra-tion of the equipment.

Plaintiff s will obtain the necessary water samples a-d per-form the desired analyses.
Plaintiffs agree to provide the utilities prc=ptly with the results of all analyses.

The utilities will contribute $10,000.00 pee year to The City to offset its ecsts in obtaining the water. samples and j
