Dear Mr. Clark:
This letter is in response to your letter dated March 19, 1982, wherein you requested an amendment to the Technical Specifications to include qualification and training requirements for the Technical Advisors. Attached hereto is our proposed Technical Specification amendment.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe the proposed change is exempt from amendment fees since the change is pro forma in nature and is made at the request of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission l
