This confirms a recent conversation between Mr. J. A. Bill Graham of your staff and Mr. R. L. Woodruf f of my staff relating to NRC's review of the Tennessee radiation control program for agreement material. As discussed, the review is scheduled for February 17-19, 1982 and February 22-26, 1982.
Mr. Woodruff and Mr. D. A. Nussbaumer, Assistant Director for State Agreements Program, Of fice of State Programs, will be the NRC's representatives for the review.
If your schedule permits, our representatives would like to discuss the results of the review with you during the afternoon of February 26, 1982.
