AMENDMENT N0. 10 TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN
'b to On December 7,1981, the District transmitted to you five copies of proposed changes to the District's Rancho Seco Securi'y Plan.
On March 17, 1982, you acknowledged receipt of our proposed changes and stated that you had reviewed our submittal and determined that some of the proposed changes must be further modified prior to NRC acceptance of Amendment 10 to the Security Plan.
Enclosed are five (5) copies each of pages 13-2 and 14-5 from our Security Plan. These pages have been modified to reflect your stated comments of March 17, 1982. We are requesting that you now approve Amendment 10 to our Rancho Seco Security Plan.
The enclosures contain information specified by NRC to be Safeguards Information and should be withheld from public disclosure.
