Enclosed please find a letter from Edlow International Company requesting export license XBC01109 be amended to extend the expiration date from June 1,1982 to June 1,1985.
Before taking action on this license amendment, we would appreciate your views, in accordance.with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the proposed amendment meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended by the Nuclear Non-proliferation Act of 1978.
