Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are ten copies of additional revisions to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Emergency Plan Implementing Proceuures.
These procedures are submitted, within 30 days of the change, per regulations in 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V.
The procedures being submitted are EP 209, Appendix P, EP 305, Rev. 3, and EP 320, Rev. 1.
Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that Appendix P of EP 209 be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that this document contains information such as home telephone numbers of Philadelphia Electric Company employees, the disclosure of which could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy h\\ \\

Daltroff, being first duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1.
He is Vice President of Philadelphia Electric Company (Hereinafter referred to as the " Company"); he is authorized to execute this Affidavit on behalf of the Company; and he has reviewed Appendix P of Emergency Plan Procedure EP-209 (hereinafter referred to as "the Document"), and knows the contents thereof.
2.
The Document which is sought t; be withheld from public disclosure contains information such as home telephone numbers of employees of the Company, the disclosure of which could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the Company's employees.
3.
To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the information set forth in the Documents has been treated as confidential information and has been withheld from public disclosure by the Company in accordance with the Company's
practice of treating all information dealing with the personal i
privacy of its employees as confidential.
L The Document should be considered by the Nuclear Pegulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that it contains information which involves the personal privacy of the company's employees, such disclosure is not required in the public interest, and such disclosure could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the privacy of the employees of the Company.
