- 32. DfbC2iP1sO** Of Amt NDant P41/ mods 8 6CA180 The purpose of this supplemental agreement is to clarify NRC's intent with respect to the conduct of acceptance testing and the contractor's correction of errors and deficiencies discovered as a result thereof.
Accordingly, the above numbered contract is modified as set forth below:
1)
Paragraph II, SCOPE OF WORK, Subparagraph B.5, Acceptance Processing, is deleted in its entirety.
The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
B.5 TASK E - Acceptance Testing upon the satisfactory completion by the Contractor of data conversion and implementation in accordance with subparagraph B.2 above. system testing against contractor-created test data in accordance with subparagraph B.3 t
above, and training in accordance with subparagraph B.4 above, NRC will initiate a period of acceptance testing.
Such testing will be performed against the converted production data and will be run parallel to the NRC will corrent operation of existing systems and manual procedures.

NRC-10-80-390 and SB3-4-4-8(a)80-C-1031 a final evaluation of the results against live production data, allowing NRC to learn as much as possible about the use and operations of the system.
The acceptance testing will include testing of system generated tapes by those systems which have interfaces with the personnel system.
As a result of the conduct of this acceptance testing, the Contractor shall do the following:
1.
The contractor shall correct those aspects of functional non-performance resulting from computer programming errors or deficiencies as they are identified by NRC.
Those errors and deficicncies identified and verbally assigned to the contractor for correction during a week will be confirmed in writing by the NRC project officer the following week.
2.
Upon completion of the contractor's correction of such deficiencies as identified by NRC, and following NRC retesting and acceptance of such corrections, the contractor shall deliver new program listings, new executable load files, and documentation updates in the form of addenda to the User / Operation Manual and the System Maintenance Manual.
In addition, the Contractor shall provide NRC with all necessary information as requested to facilitate the conduct of the acceptance testing and its evaluation.
2)
Article X, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, is chanced tt read as follows:
"The period of performance under this contract shall commence on the effective date of the contract and shall continue through May 28, 1982 at which time all work specified herein shall be completed."
As'a result of the clarifications to the specifications referenced herein, 3)
Article IX, " DELIVERABLES AND TIME OF DELIVERY" as modified in Modification No. 3 hereto, is further modified as set forth below:
Item No. 4, Task E - Acceptance Processing, is deleted in its entirety.
The following is substituted in lieu thereof:

SSA/REHAB GROUP, INC. fiRC-10-80-390 and SB3-4-4-8(a)80-C-1031 Item No. 4, Task F - Documentation, remains unchanged. However, the Contractor should note that, chronologically, Task F will be performed before Task E, and the reference to " final" deliverables under Task F are final only to the extent that revisions in accordance with this modification and Task E arennot required.
Otherwise, revisions to these " final" deliverables shall be delivered as requirdd herein.
4)
Article XVI, " CONSIDERATION," estimated cost, fixed fee and obligation is changed to read as follows:
" Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Oblication 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of work under this contract will be $925,261.89 of which the sum of 5 853,851.12 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $ 71,410.77 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is S 925,261.89 5)
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
