Pursuant to the Freedom of Idificomation Act, 5 U.S.C.

522, as amended, the Coalition for Safe Power requests the fol-lowing documents regarding the treatment of Show Cause pe-titions by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

1.

Provide a list of the Show Cause petitions filed since 1975 & the lengtn of time taken to issue a final decision on each.

2.

I'rovide ali internal office memoranda, correspondence and other information related to preliminary and final de-cisions made by the NRC Staff and Director, Nuclear Reactor Regulation, on the following Show Cause petitions:

a. Coalition for Safe Power Trojan Nuclear Plant, Docket 50-344 Piled: 5-17-79 Director's Decision: 9-10-79 & 7-13-81
b. Coalition for Safe Power 8, Docket 50-460 WPPSS Nuclear Plant 4

Filed: 11-30-81 Director's Decision: None Filed

3. Provide all memoranda, correspondence, minutes of meetings and other documents, both internal and external, related to the proposal, consideration and granting of an accelerated review of the Construction Permit application made by Puget Sound Power and Light, et al. for the Skagit/Ilanford Nuclear Projects, Units 1 & 2.
