This is in response to your letter dated February 2,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the technical proposal under contract NRC-10-82-356.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on February 22, 1982, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the proposal.
(The nature of the proprietary information is apparent upon reading the Table of Contents and the nonproprietary information.) We are enclosing nonproprietary versions of the technical proposal dated July 1981 and a 10-page revised technical proposal dated October 21, 1981.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your cooperation in agreeing to an extension of time for our response to your request and to apologize for the short delay in providing our response.
