Enclosed is a letter from Transnuclear, Inc., requesting an amendment to export license XSNM01758 to increase the quantity of uranium-235 authorized for export from 4,473 kilograms to 4,606 kilograms (an additional 133 kilograms),
and to increase the enrichment percentage from 3.4 w/o maximum to 3.5 w/o maximum.
