The licensee shall obtain all information from the foreign exporter necesspry to complete the shipper's portion of Form NRC-741, ~" Nuclear Material Transactions Repor.t'."

If the licensee is the receiver of the g

mat'erial, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10CFR Part 70.

If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall provide the

shipper's information to the receiver of the material for inclusion on the J

receiver's-Form NRC-741.

2. The licensee shall notify the appropriate' regional Safeguards Branch', Office of Inspection and Enforcement, immediately, by telephone or telegram, if l

entry of any import shipment authorized by this license is refused by the.

l U.S. Customs Service.

3. Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show a copy of thislicense to U.S. Customs as authority for the import.
