Dear Mr. Philips:
This is in response to your letter dated March 4,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records regarding inspections referred to by Mr. Wayne Reinmuth in his statement during the meeting of the ACRS Subcommittee on Regulatory Activities on March 3, 1982.
The records identified on the enclosed appendix are being made available, or have already been made available, at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
You may obtain access to the three records we are now making available at the PDR by either presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or requesting folder F0IA-82-125 filed under your name.
It is ray understanding that after you submitted your F0IA request you telephoned Mr. Reinmuth, at which time he informed you of the existence of inspection reports and other records but that all observations made by NRC inspectors are not recorded and, therefore, the records may not provide the information you seek.
