.2 Dt1Ca:FilON OF AMENDMINT/mODtHCAllON The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding under the contract,to correct errors in both the overhead base and FIN numbers reflected under the basic contract and to revise the contract billing procedures.
Now, therefore, the following changes are made:

Under Article 3.5 Billing Instructions, the following changes are made:
Paragraph A. Billing Instructions For NRC Cost-Type a.
Contracts, item 4. Frequency is revised to read:
"The Contractor shall submit claims for reimbursement once every four (4) calendar weeks unless otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer."
b.
Regarding paragraph B. line 6, delete the term "SEP..ork" and substitute in lieu thereof the term " Case Work."

Regarding the Contract cover sheet (Standard Form 26), Block 14 Accounting and Appropriation Data, FIN Nos. "B8011-2" and "B8013-2" are corrected to read "B8011" and "B8013" respectively.
C.
As a result of this Modification No.1, the total amount obligated i
under this contract is now $660,000.00.
