Dear Ms. Falkenheiner:
This is in response to your letter dated March 8,1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the final detailed analysis of the construction completion schedule for River Bend Unit 1.
The enclosure to this letter constitutes the detailed analysis performed and includes the bases on which it was conducted and the resultant graph which provides the NRC staff projected completion date of October 1985.
Page l provides the 100 percent completion quantities of several commodities used in the analysis as well as installation rates as of 3/81 for these commodities.
The applicant's estimated installation rates and the NRC staff estimated installation rates are also provided.
In addition to the estimated commodity installation rates, sequencing between the schedules for various commodities is accounted for in the NRC staff review.
Pages 2 and 3 graphically illustrate the results using the applicant's estimates.
Pages 5 and 6 illustrate the results using the NRC estimates and sequencing between schedules.
Pages 4 and 7 are composites of the applicant and NRC estimates respectively to illustrate total plant completion based on the weighted percentage completion of each commodity.
