Mr. Goddard, representing the NRC Staff, telephoned me yesterday to inform me that settlement discussions of this case are continuing, and to request the following extensions of time:
Date for completing settlement discussions--from April 20 to April 23, 1982; Date for filing written direct testimony--from April 30 to May 5,1982.
The requested extensions of time are granted.
In other respects, the schedule established in our Order of March 24, 1982 still applies.
