Provost 7751 Colonel Glenn Highway Dayton, OH 45435 centlement Thank you for your letter dated March 30, 1982, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated March 10, 1982.
While your corrective action was directed toward the Bob Hipple Laboratory, where the item of noncompliance was identified, the requirements in your Wright State University's Radiation Safety Manual also apply to other areas where licensed activities are conducted. Therefore, your proposed action regarding any future violation of a similar nature should apply not only to the Bob Hipple Laboratory but to all other applicable areas. We will examine these matters during a future inspection.
