Within ninety (90) days of the date of this a;.endment, the licensee shall inpletent, maintain, and execute the response ucasures of his Radiological Contingency Plan submitted to the Com.aission on August 2d, 1981, and revised on March 9,1932. The 1icensee shal1 also prepare and maintain iinplementing procedures for his Radiological Contingency Plan as necessary to implei.1ent the Plan.
(This Radiological Contingency Plan and associated impleaenting procedures incorporate the emergency planning requirenents of 10 CFR 70.22(i) as they refer to onsite planning and notification.) The licensee shall mcke no change in his Radiological Continjency Plan that would decrease the response effec-tiveness of the Plan without prior Comission approval as evidenced by a license auendment. The licensee may make changes to his Radiological Contingency Plan without prior Coi.raission approval if the changes do not decrease the response effectiveness of the Plan.
The licensee shall raintain records of changes that are made to the Plan without prior approval for a period of two years from the date of the change and shall furnish the Chief, Advanced Fuel and Spent Fuel Licensing Branch, Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety, f: MSS, U.S. Muclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555, and the Regional Administrator, MRC Region III, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137, a report containing a description of each change within six nonths after the chanje is nade.
This anendment supersedes all previous documentation provided to neet the requirements of 10 CFR 70.22(i).
All other conditions of Faterial License No. SNM-1174 shall remain the saue.
