Modification No. 4 to Contract No. NRC-04-78-259 Pursuant to Article IV (2) - TOTAL ESTIMATED COST AND OBLIGATION OF FUNDS of the subject contract, I hereby unilaterally increase the amount of funds obligated in Article IV by $100,000.00 from $447,677.49 to $547,677.49.
This letter executed on behalf of the Government is forwarded to you in triplicate.
