This is in response to the request contained in reference (a) for data on the Byron and Braidwood units for use in calcula-tions to be performed for the NRC's Reactor Systems Branch.
We have been informed that on December 11, 1981, Westinghouse and the NRC agreed upon a plan which would satisfy this need by direct transmittal of information from Westinghouse.
The agreement is documented in reference (b), which is enclosed.
Accordingly, none of the requested data will be transmitted via Commonwealth Edison.
Please address questions regarding this matter to this office.
One signed original and the enclosure are provided.
