If it weren't so serious, it would be laughable that it is even being considered, let alone Entergy's first choice.

The only explanation is that Holtec will do a rush job with minimal cost to itself. That will leave New York taxpayers at risk and holding the bag to cover the costs of righting an inadequate job.

There is no way any honest regulator can look at Holtec's checkered past and okay its assumption of Indian Point.

Please take into account the tens of millions of residents who will be adversely affected if the decommissioning work is not done correctly.
