On April 12, 1982, the NRC Staff filed its " Answer in Support of Applicant's Motion for Reconsideration of March 18, 1982 Memorandum and Order Raising Sua Sponte Issue" (" Answer"), copies of which were served by Express Mail upon each of the Licensing Board members and Lyman Jones, Esquire, Counsel for the Joint Intervenors.
Inasmuch as the Certificate of Service attached to the Staff's Answer failed to disclose the Express Mail service made on April 12, 1982, enclosed is an " Amended Certificate of Service" which correctly reflects the service of the Staff's Answer made on April 12, 1982.
