NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO LICENSING BOARD'S f1El10RANDUf1 AND ORDER DATED APRIL 7, 1982 On April 7, 1982, the Licensing Board issued its " Memorandum and Order (Concerning Possible Denting in Tubes Authorized to be Sleeved)".
The Board stated that it requested the Staff to file for the record and for the information of the parties, NUREG-0886, " Steam Generator Tube Experience". The Board also posed two questions to the Licensee and Staff.
The Staff herewith encloses copies of NUREG-0886 for the Board, parties and the docket file. The Staff also is enclosing the affidavit of Emmett L. Murphy in response to the Board's questions.
