the following modification is made:
ARTICLE IV - CONSIDERATION, Paragraph B. Indirect Costs is amended as follows:
"The Contractor shall be reimbursed for labor overhead at a fina! rate of 45% for FY 80.and 46.53% for FY 81 applied to a base of direct labor. The Contractor shall be reimbursed for General and Administrative (G&A) expenses at a final rate of 11.5%
