Contract No. NRC-04-77-127, Modification No. 13 Pursuant to the pertinent provirions of the subject contract, I hereby increase the amcunt obligated by the parties with respect to said contract from its inception as follows:
Under Article III - TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, OBLIGATION OF FUNDS AND LIMITATIONS, Paragraph 2 - Obligation of Funds, is revised to reflect increases in the amount of funds obligated by the Commission from $6,407,000.00 by $250,000.00 to
$6,657,000.00; by the Institute from $4,958,300.00 by $330,000.00 to $5,288,300.00; and by the Contracter from $3,842,415.00 by $100,000.00 to $3,942,415.00.
The gg total amount of funds obligated by the parties is increased from $15,207,715.00 by $680,000.00 to $15,887,715.00.
