'w B2 Of 5CairriON OF AMEND TNT /MODflCAT80N The purpose of this Modification No.1 is to extend the period of performance.
l Therefore, Cont'ract No. NRC-02-81-060 is hereby modified as follows:
l Delete " Article II - Period of Performance" in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:
" Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance shall commence on May 21, 1981 and shall continue through September 30, 1982 at which time all work shall be completed and all reports shall have been delivered to the NRC as required by Article I."
The above change results in no increase to either the total estimated cost or fixed fee of this contract.
