ORDER June 8,

1982 We issued an order on May 17, 1982 establishing the oral argument schedule for the emergency planning phase of this case.

The oral argument is scheduled for June 24, 1982.

Each party was allotted 60 minutes and we asked parties to advise us by June 14 as to how they planned to divide their presentation.

In view of Dr. Gotchy's recusal from those issues associated with the appeal filed by the Aamodts, and the reconstitution of a board to hear that appeal, we shall div.ide the scheduled oral argument ints two phases -- the first involving the Aamodts' The names of the board members have been grouped for convenience only.

Mr. Edles, Dr. Buck and Dr. Quarles constitute the Board for the Aamodt appeal; Mr. Edles, Dr. Buck and Dr. Gotchy constitute the Board for all other issues.

Both phases will continue to be heard on Thursday, June 24, 1982.

The Aamodt's appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m.

The appeal on all other issues will begin at 1:30 p.m.

Each of the four parties shall advise us by Monday, June 14, 1982 of (i) the name of the person who will present argument on its behalf in each phase of the oral argument; (ii) how much of its 60 minutes it plans to devote to issues raised by the Aamodts; and (iii) its division of time between affirmative and responsive presentations for the afternoon phase of the argument.

Given the limited time left before June 14, notification to us can be made by telephone.

It is so ORDERED.
