Dear Mr. Collins:
The referenced letter submitted an Interim Report to the USNRC in which LP&L committed to providing a Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 42 by May 28, 1982.
General Electric has notified Ebasco of a shipping date of June 25, 1982 for replacement material. Upon receipt of material, corrective action will be accomplished in accordance with GE Service Advice 721-PSM-166.1. Due to the lack of material, an extension of time is necessary. We anticipate a completion date of August 6,1982, at which time a Final Report will be submitted.
