This letter will serve to confirm our verbal consent in allowin$tDsjI Exxon license paper forset in preparing the Design Information Questi aire (DIQ) in place of the IAEA's DIQ Form.
In order to grant the necessary exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 75.11(d), we are adding a new License Condition 2.7 to Amendment MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-1227 effective immediately, to read as follows:
2.7 Notwithstanding the requirements of 10 CFR 75.11(d) to submit facility data on forms supplied by the Coinnission (in;:1uding IAEA DIQ's), the licensee may submit required data in the Exxon license paper format.
