CONCERNING EMERGENCY PLANNING Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Section 2.743(b) of the Commission's regulations, and the Licensing Board's order of April 23, 1982, the NRC Staff (Staff) hereby submits the testimony of Brian K. Grimes, John R.
Sears and Dr. Thomas Urbanik, II.
This testinony is the Staff's direct testimony concerning Commission questions 3 and 4, and the contentions related to those,Jestions.
The Staff is also submitting the direct testimony of Mr. Philip McIntire and Joseph H. Keller ano Ihor Husar of the Federal Emergency Management Agency with regard to Commission questions 3 and 4 and the contentions related to those questions and associated attachments.
