Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

In your letter of May 5, 1982 concerning post-TMI requirements (Generic Letter No. 82-10), you requested our commitment to implement, on a timely basis, remaining NUREG-0737 items.

Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit No. 3, is currently shutdown, and a proposed schedule for its return to power operation has not been established.

If the decision is made to resume operation of the unit, a proposed schedule for the implementation of the items contained in NUREG-0737 will be submitted.
