This refers to your application dated May 6,1982 requesting an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 9079, Revison No. 6.
The application is incomplete in that an evaluation has not been presented which detemines that the fabricated packages meet the requirements of the Certificate of Compliance. Any deviation from the original approval should be 1.entified and the safety significance in terms of the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 should be addressed.
Please advise us within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter when this information will be provided. If you have any questions regarding this matter, we would be pleased to meet with you and your staff.
