This letter is an amendment to PSI's letter to you, SVP-0026-82, of May 11, 1982.
The following revisions should be incorporated into the referenced letter.
1.
Page 11, paragraph 3.2(2):
"... Revision 5, (currently effective) provides explicit..." is revised to read: "... Revision 5 provided explicit..."
2.
Page 11, paragraph 3.c.(1) is revised to read:
"SMI Y-2702-041 was issued on 05/13/82."
3.
Page 14, paragraph 8.a. (1) :
" Revision 7 revises the..." is revised to read "... Revision 8 revised the..."
4.
Page 15, paragraph 8.c.(1) is revised to read:
"SMI Y-2804-001 was issued on 05/13/82."
