This refers to the meeting conducted at your request in the NRC Region II Office on April 28,1982. _ This meeting related to communications between your company and tha Region. in general and 10 CFR 50.55(e) and Part 21 in particular.
This meeting was attended by members of my staff with you and Messrs. P. Wild, R. Kelly, D. Shelton, and C. Richardson of your company.
The subjects discussed at this meeting are described in the enclosed Meeting Summary. We also wish to confirm that Mr. Richard C. Lewis is our designated contact for all Region II matters that Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation
- may wish to discuss with us.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided for a better understanding of inspection and enforcement issues. In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules and Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regula-tions, a copy of. this letter and enclosure will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.

Generic Stone and Webster Communications With The Region On April 28, 1982, representatives of Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation, (SWEC) met with NRC Region II personnel in Atlanta, Georgia, to discuss communi-cations with the Regi 1 in general,10 CFR Part 50.55(o) and 10 CFR Part 21.
The meeting was held at the request of SWEC.
The Regional Administrator described the Regional Organization. SWEC discussed their organization,10 CFR 50.55(e) and Part 21 reporting. requirements.
SWEC designated Mr. Carl Richardson, Engineering Managed, as the contact for matters that the Region may wish to discuss with SWEC.
Region II designated Mr. Richard C. Lewis, Director, Division of Projects 6,nd Resident Programs, as the contact for matters that SWEC may wish to discuss with Region II.
