Dear Mr. McMurray:
This is in response to your letter addressed to me dated June 1,1982 regarding the Staff's May 24, 1982 response to Suffolk County's " informal discovery request."
As correctly assumed in your letter, Suffolk County, to ny knowledge, "* *
- has received all of the items that it should have received pursuant to its formal request for [ emergency planning] document production." My verbal reference to Larry Lanpher on May 27, 1982 concerning documents "which Suffolk County may have provided directly to the Staff" was made in the context of my assuming that the County would not have requested copies of documents which they in fact sent to us, the Licensing Board and other parties to the proceeding.
