At present, it is not known when Kerr-McGee intends on submitting the amended application.
In accordance with the terms of the Stop Work Order clause, however, should the required information be received, work may be resumed by the Contracting Officer rc:,cinding the stop work order. Meanwhile, all reasonable steps are to be taken to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the order during the period of work stoppage.
