June 3, 1982 ORDER By letter dated May 28, 1982, Wendell H. Marshall, an intervenor in the operating-license proceeding, has asked us to "stop the nuclear plant u
construction" due to a variety of reasons relating to certain alleged l
effects of operating the facility.
As the Appeal Board recently pointed out with respect to another request by Mr. Marshall, the relief requested is not within our authority to grant.
