Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Change Request No. 73 to Operating License Gentlemen:
This letter forwards a check for $1,200.00 required for a Class II license fee for Technical Specification Change Request No. 73 dated May 13, 1982.
Our submittal letter stated that we would forward $4,000.00 for a Clasa III change. We have since revised the Class III to Class II, because this change has no safety or environmental significance and in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22 are forwarding the $1,200.00 applicable to a Class II license fee.
