Dear Mr. Haynes:
In the referenced response, PEC0 indicated that the detailed implementation of the procedural modification was being tested prior to formalization. The modified procedure has now been sucessfully implemented for approximately a month in the Reactor 8uilding for the installation of large pipe hangers. We are now preparing to formalize and implement the modified procedure in all areas of the plant for safety related large pipe hanger installations by June 15, 1982.
