Enclosed please find the testimony of Gregory C.
Minor on SOC Contention 9 (Notification of Disabled Safety Systems).
Under separate cover, Suffolk County has today served on all parties testimony on contentions Suffolk County 28(a)(i)/ SOC 7A(4) and Suffolk County 27/ SOC 3, which is being submitted jointly on behalf of Suffolk County and SOC.
SOC has also reviewed the testimony served today on behalf of Suf folk County, concerning Suf folk County 3/
SOC 8, and Suf fo'2.k County 18 and 22 on which SOC is also a party.
SOC has determined that this testimony adequately addresses SOC's concerns on these issues and accordingly, SOC adopts this testimony as its own for purposes of this proceeding.
No additional testimony on those contentions will be filed by SOC in this proceeding.
