Dear Administrative Judges:
Enclosed is the NRC Staff's Supplementary Safety Evaluation Report in the captioned proceeding.
I believe this should obviate the need for the status report on the review of the seismic qualification of the spent fuel pool at the subject facility which you requested in a conference call of May 26, 1982. As the Supplemntary Safety Evaluation Report indicates, the Staff has found the Applicant's proposed fuel pool is acceptable and satisfies regulatory requirements.
