JOINT MOTION TO CONTINUE PROCEEDINGS By Order dated February 17, 1982, this Licensing Board granted a joint motion by U.S. Ecology, Inc. and the NRC Staff, to continue proceedings to and including June 1, 1982, in order to permit additional time for settlement negotiations. Continued progress has been made in that regard, and the NRC Staff and U.S. Ecology hereby jointly move this Board to extend the continuance for an additional period to and including October 1,1982 to provide additional time for settlement negotiations.

Counsel for other parties to this proceeding have been contacted and have expressed no objection to this motion.
