Docket Nos. 50-247-SP; 50-286-SP TO ALL PARfIES ON SERVICE LIST:
Licensees Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (" Con Edison") and Power Authority of the State of New York (" Power Authority" ) in the above-entitled matter have received numerous requests by intervenors for production of documents.
Licensees intend to serve shortly a formal response to these requests, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.741.
In the interest of allowing all parties to plan their schedules in advance under this proceeding's tight deadlines, we now advise you that the licensees will produce for inspection and copying by the parties all requested documents not objected to, on June 1, 1982 at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Shea & Gould, attorneys for the licensee Power Authority, 330 Madison Avenue, New York, New York.
We expect that the documents to be produced will include those requested as part of intervenors' interroga-tories, as well as those identified in document requests.
Because numerous intervenors' document requests overlap, we believe that a consolidated inspection of all documents by all parties will expedite discovery and is in the interest of all parties.
Licensees will make copying services available at normal charges.
All parties will be invited to attend.
