The Commission was briefed on the results of the EDO Task Group study of existing value-impact guidelines and its recommendation for improving the quality and use of the guidelines as contained in SECY-82-187.
' Commissioner Ahearne noted that he would be preparing comments on this subject.

The Commission requested OPE to provide its comments on the staff proposal.
