A This is in partial response to your letter dated April 6,1982 og the continued use of computer generated forms in lieu of the Forms UE7NRC-742 and 742C titled " Material Balance Report" and " Physical Inventory Listing" respectively.
We have reviewed your request to use computer generated forms in lieu of the Forms DOE /NRC-742 and 742C and have determined that granting it will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-1107 is hereby revised, effective immediately, by adding a new License Condition 6.1 to read as follows:
6.1 In lieu of the requirement contained in 10 CFR 70.53(a) to use the Forms DOE /NRC-742 and 742C, the licensee may use computer generated forms provided all information required by the latest printed instructions for completing the particular form is included.
We will address your request iegarding your other licenses in the near future.
