Gentlemen:
This letter is written to provide transmittal of UNC Recovery Systems Detailed Soil-Decontamination Plan.
The projected schedule for completion of soil de-contamination activities is September 1, 1982 and submittal of the soil survey report is projected for November 1, 1982.
These dates are what we be-lieve to be worst case projections and UNC shall make all reasonable effort to better the projected dates.
