Dear Ms. Wisz:
This is in response to your letter dated May 13, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, records relating to the October 9,1974 letter which you attached to your request and any records relating to meetings referenced in that letter.
The NRC was unable to locate any records subject to your request upon search of pertinent files.
Also, Mr. Joseph Rutberg informed my staff that neither he nor Mr. Lee Dewey recall any official action being taken in this matter and that they retained no relevant records.
