The implementation of this item, as discussed in the above References, was complete prior to the start up following the 1981 refueling outage.
II.B.3 - Post-Accident Sampling References (f), (g), (1), (j), and (r)
A system designed to meet the intent of this item, as discussed in l
the above References, was installed as of December 30, 1981.
Verification calculations are currently being finalized to close out this design. Any additional modifications required as a result of these calculations will be completed during the next refueling outage, currently-scheduled for the Spring of 1983.
II.B.4 - Training for Mitigating Core Damage References (c) and (r)
The training to meet the requirements of this item, as discussed in the above References, was complete as of October 1, 1981.

The installation of the monitors was complete as of December 11, 1981. As discussed in the above References, pre-operational testing was successfully completed on January 21, 1982.
II.F.1.2 - Capability for Effluent Monitoring of Iodine References (g), (1), (q), and (r)
The implementation of this item, as discussed in the above References, was complete as of March 1, 1982.
II.F.1.3 - Installation of Containment Radiation Monitor Reference (g) and (r)
