NETING SUM 4ARY On May ll,1982, Mr. K. Cook, Licensing Manager for WNP 3, met with the NRC Division of Licensing (Mr. L. Wheeler and Ms. J. Lee) at the NRC headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. A copy of the meeting notice is attached as Enclosure 1.
Mr. Cook presented an updated status of the project in preparation for the tendering of an operating license application, now planned for June 2,1982.

Recent construction progress and future construction goals Current utility organization Updated design features Open items not yet completed OL application confonnance with appropriate documents (SRP,RGs.etc.)
The licensing revii.w schedule was discussed. There was general agreement on the times for major milestones. Specific dates will appear in an NRC letter to the applicant following a ' determination that the application is acceptable for docketing.
The meeting lasted approximately two hours.
