I am writing pursuant to Title 5, U.S.C. Section 552, The Pre-edom of Information Act, requesting acces to and a copy of the following:

One copy of the draft environmental impact state-ment issued on December 4,1981 for the Byron Station, Units 1 and 2, located in Rockvale Township, Ogle County, Illinois.

One copy of the final environmental impact state-l ment on the same above station.
This request is made pursuant to all of the regulations of Title 1
