This confirms the telephone discussion of January 12, 1982 between your Dr. H. E. Remley and Mr. O. F. Smith of the NRC staff concerning the effective dates of certain license conditions which were transmitted by our letter of December 30, 1981.
We have rewritten Page 4 of Enclosure B to our above referenced letter to include the effective dates of the license conditions in question, as contained in the enclosure to this letter. Accordingly, the original Page 4 of Enclosure B to that letter should be withdrawn, destroyed and replaced by the enclosure to this letter. As discussed in the referenced telephone conversation, the effective dates of the license conditions are computed from the date of your receipt of our December 30, 1981 letter.
We have determined that the enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
